Ditch the daily standup meeting and update each other asynchronously instead
We have a standup on Tuesday Thursday and Friday from 9.03 until 9.15 and I love it. Agenda time is total 12 minutes and we stick to that.

Monday no meetings. Wednesday with have our longer weekly team meeting.
How do you implement the last 'standard' question of a standup. Or do you also specify your impediments in this slack channel? Does this have the same response rate as when you discuss impediments in the 'formal' standup?
